Payment Terms:
Payments accepted online: All credit cards.
At time of booking: Pay 50% of the rental plus the cleaning fee.
60 days prior to arrival: Pay the refundable Security Deposit and the Tourism Tax, plus any extra fees requested (resort fees, crib setup fee, etc.).
30 days prior to arrival: Pay the remaining 50% of the rental amount.
Cancellation Policy:
If Guest cancels more than 60 days before arrival: full refund.
Less than 60 days, more than 30 days before arrival: Guest forfeits 50% of rental plus cleaning fee.
Less than 30 days before arrival: Guest forfeits 100% of rental plus cleaning fee. Monies paid for Security Deposit and other fees are refunded.
Homeowner is not responsible for service failures of utilities (electric power, water or TV/internet). Homeowner is also not responsible for weather-related issues, unless the property is unusable due to a weather event. We encourage Guests to purchase travel insurance to cover these issues .
