Excellent location, right on the beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and shops. Cool, clean and spacious with washer and dryer in the unit. The owners kept in touch throughout our 11 day stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was our first trip to Puerto Rico and it was great!”

John was outstanding from the moment I first messaged him regarding his place so much so that I cancelled on another place I had reserved previously. He provided me with recommendations of places to go and things to do in the area and was a great communicator the entire time. I communicated with them throughout my stay and the condo had everything we needed plus some. They even provided a few snacks and necessities. I love going to Puerto Rico and now have a go to place to stay. The location is perfect, it’s pretty much close to everything so getting around is a breeze with or without a car. The oceanfront is a plus and was a beautiful scene....I have some awesome pictures that I will forever cherish. Take my advice and you won’t be disappointed.

Good place to stay.

We stayed in this place in August 2018. The place was very safe and convenient. There was guard in the gate. Behind the building is the beach. There is a reserve parking. Two blocks away is the supermarket and there were lots of restaurants around. The management was easy to work with. The only sad part is the effect of the Hurricane Maria which you still can see. I will recommend this place.

The Apartment was clean and 100% ready! Felt in love The kitchen 😍😍😍, also the apartment was equipped with everything we need it from beach chairs to beach towels, refreshments and snacks awaiting for us. Also every party involve before and during our stay was available at all time to answer any quiestion. Hope to stay in this lovely apartment again when I come back to visit the Island.

Clean, compact and comfortable stay overall. Close to everything in the Condado area including the beach which is your backyard! Unfortunately no ocean views. Property manager was exceptional and took care of all details to ensure checking in and out was flawless!!!!

They really though of all details including small groceries to get you started in the morning, beach chairs and toys, kitchen utensils. It was better than being home. truly a great vacation.

Great Condo in a fantastic area! Don't let the outside scare you.

Fabulous very updated and beautiful condo. The kitchen is great and beds comfortable. This is a very well done updated condo. The pool is not open as of yet but was totally fine. They'll start working on it first week of November and hope to be finished before Christmas. It will be a fabulous pool! It is huge and I think if you are vacationing here I think it will not be crowded at all. We saw people who live there coming and going but not a ton of people. The building itself is still working on the outside (as well as the pool) to rebuild from the Hurricane last year. Don't read a book by its cover. This is a wonderful location and you can walk 2-3 blocks to the 24 hour grocery. Also plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. Very safe area as a large private school is across the street. You feel safe as there is a guard at the gate 24/7. The beach was fne. Beautiful water but the surf was a bit rough Be sure and walk a few feet to the right on the beach to rent chairs and umbrella and the highrises won't be shading you. I think it was $10 for the day. Can I think of a negative about this place? hmmm? Not really...OH, maybe some bakeware needed, cookie sheet, muffin tin, etc. No worries, we bought aluminum throw away at Walmart. I would definitely return to this place and will be even better once pool is fixed. All they need is a bartender to bring you food and drinks! Oh and Puerto Rican Green Transportation is so amazing and we used them many, many times and they were always perfect and professional. Good communication and professional rental agents.
