Great stay

Beautiful condo. Looks just like the picture. Very easy to communicate and book. The a.c. hose leaked. We turned it off and cleaned the water and someone came the same day to fix it and this was on a Sunday. I will come back!

Wonderful! Great location, wonderful views and beach

Location can’t be beat! Only 10 minutes from the airport and right across the street from convenience stores, souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. Just minutes from other amenities such as shopping malls etc. Beach view is amazing! Full Oceanview from most of the condo. Amazing views from the deck. Deck is north facing so we were able to sit out there at any time of the day. Beach and pool were great! Water was warm. Condo was fully stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach activities. Owner even left essentials for us upon arrival such as coffee, toilet paper, eggs, even a few beers. Short drives to many national attractions such as Old San Juan, El Yunque, bioluminescent bay, and more! Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay was incredible at Atlantic View. The place has an amazing view from EVERY room and is stocked with all your needs. Everything felt brand new and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely loved the location and beach. The staff was awesome at communication and always got right back if I had any questions. There is also a housebook provided in the unit with all the basic information to help you get around if this is your first time in the area. They definitely took care of us and we will be back. Highly recommended!

Payment Schedule:
 
First payment, at time of booking: Cleaning fee and half of total rental.
 
Second payment, 60 days before arrival: 7% Tourism tax and refundable deposit, plus any fees for extra services requested by guest. 
 
Third payment, 30 days prior to arrival: Half of rental amount.
 
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, all 3 payments shall be due at time of booking.
For bookings made 30-60 days prior to arrival first and second payments shall be due at time of booking.
 
Reservation is only confirmed once first payment has been received, and may be cancelled by Marco Polo at any moment up to then. Failure of Guest to make second or third payment within 2 days of the due date shall be considered as a cancellation of the reservation by the Guest at that time.
 
 
 
Cancellation Policy:
 
Cancellation Policy: If Guest cancels reservation more than 60 days prior to Check-In Date all monies paid will be refunded.
 
If Guest cancels reservation more than 30 days and less than 60 days before Check-In Date Guest shall forfeit the First Payment shown in Payment Schedule plus the 7% tax, other monies paid will be refunded.
 
If Guest cancels reservation less than 30 days before Check-In date only deposit will be refunded, if it has been paid.
 
Homeowner is not responsible for service failures of utilities (electric power, water or TV/internet). Homeowner is also not responsible for weather-related issues, unless the property is unusable due to a weather event.
 
Insurance: Homeowner encourages Guest to purchase travel insurance to cover these issues.
