My family of four spent 9 days at this Marbella condo. What a fantastic place! I am very glad that we paid a little bit more to get a condo with an ocean view...and what an ocean view we had! My older son spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves. The size of the condo was perfect for us. My husband and I took the master, our older boy took the 2nd bedroom and the younger boy slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room. We used the fridge and kitchen to store breakfast items and picnic supplies for various excursions around the island. We did laundry once - not required really, but a nice feature. I really liked that we had two full bathrooms. This helped to speed up the showering process after a long day at the beach, preparing to go to dinner. We used the parking spot for several days. Car rental facilities were within walking distance of the condo. The condo had everything that we could want to have a fantastic vacation - towels, beach chairs, small cooler, beach toys, and pool noodles. It was a nice extra to have the kitchen stocked with basic food items - sandwich makings, eggs, milk, juice, rum (ok, maybe this isn't a basic food item :)), cereal. We got in very late at night and it was nice to not have to run out in the morning to buy breakfast. The location was perfect. The beach had enough waves to make it interesting, but no rip currents and I felt comfortable having my 10 year old body surfing. I sunburn easily and so hung out under the palm trees at the edge of the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance. We went to Alambique three times and also enjoyed Metropol and Yamiko Sushi. Mr. Frost is across the street - yum! The bus stop to Old San Juan was just outside the condo. It takes a good 30-40 minutes to take the bus to Old San Juan - only did that once, the other time we went down there we used Uber. Booking was easy and the manager was very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. If we returned to Puerto Rico, I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beaches here were great and we spent at least half our time on the beach. In addition, the location was great everything was within walking distance or a short uber ride away. We will definitely look forward to our next visit.

We rented the condo for a week and had a great time. The condo was stocked with eggs, bread, deli meat and cheese, pineapple juice and rum, milk, lime and bananas upon our arrival which was a nice treat! The view from the balcony is amazing. They provided beach chairs, an umbrella and toys, which came in handy. The pool was big and had a 3ft section for kids to play in. 10-20 min uber ride to Old San Juan and other areas with great restaurants. We enjoyed it all!

Very comfortable and well furnished with everything you need. Amazing view of the entire beach and great location. Good sized bedrooms, baths, and kitchen. I would definitely stay again. The only negative thing I have to say is that the sofa bed is not very comfortable but if you throw the mattress on the floor it's not so bad.

My husband and I rented this property for a twelve day stay. We are visiting Puerto Rico to visit our son and to take in some Puerto Rico Football Club games during that time but managed to fit in some sightseeing, too. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was on the 16th floor overlooking the water. Absolutely gorgeous view! When we arrived it was nice to feel the air conditioning. We appreciated the food items provided so that we didn't have to rush out right away. With a Walgreens right across the street getting supplies was not an issue. The bakery and the pizza place across the street were convenient and delicious. The Peruvian Lime restaurant is definitely worth trying. Being able to prepare meals in the kitchen and having a washer/dryer in the unit was helpful. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were provided, also. The rental process was fairly easy. We would highly recommend this property. In fact, we've looked at the rental schedule and noticed how far out it is booked already. Hopefully it will be available when return. The unit was immaculately clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The 16th floor and beachfront location allowed you to watch the sun rise AND the sunset. The beach is awesome and the pool outstanding. There was even a washer and dryer in the unit so no need to over pack. We were met at the lobby and everything explained in great detail upon our arrival. Restaurants, stores right outside your door. The bus stop is literally steps from the property and was used to go to Old San Juan. Inexpensive and very convenient. I will be returning to this unit when I come back to San Juan!

I really can't say enough good things about this beautiful beach front condo. For starters, the ocean view is AMAZING -- you walk in and your eyes are magnetically drawn to the blue Caribbean horizon beyond the cozy balcony. The condo is sited in the middle of the cove facing north so even when the temperature rose, the ocean breezes and the fact that you aren't in the direct sun made it comfortable any time of day. Beautifully furnished and decorated in contemporary style, the artful placement of mirrored walls magnifies the panoramic ocean view. The beach is beautiful. Soft golden sand. VERY clean, quiet and uncrowded even in the middle of the day. With our relatively short stay, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it looked very nice. The amenities at the condo itself were wonderful -- a nice little welcome gift of coffee, rum and bananas were a lovely touch. Everyone we interacted with, from the driver who delivered us to the property to the people at the front door and our host representatives were very friendly and responsive. Really appreciated having access to fluffy beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. These guys really think of everything. The Walgreens across the street really has most everything you need -- so for a short stay, you probably don't need to trek to the bigger supermarket (although it was very nice ; ). For a low key casual evening make a point to stroll down to El Ambique -- great food, music, atmosphere and people. For fancier fare and upscale shopping head over to Condado. The charming city of Old San Juan with all its historical sites and beautiful architecture are just a short cab ride away. If you're looking for a great little getaway condo in Puerto Rico that has all the important things on your check list -- fantastic ocean view, convenient to beach and attractions, clean and well maintained, friendly/helpful hosts -- at a price that's a whole lot less than you'd expect, this is the place for you. I have to say I am really glad we picked this property, to spend our week vacation. The balcony view is gorgeous exactly as shown in the pictures. The Condo was clean, it had coffee, milk, orange juice, bread, lunchmeat and a few snacks upon our arrival. The Condo was exactly as described, walking distance to many restaurants.. The customer service was awesome, we had questions promptly answered through out our stay. Amazingly our deposit was refunded within 3 days of our departure. My husband and I had previously stayed at this property and selected it again for its obvious cleanliness, safety, lovely beach, beach, a great pool, and public transportation just outside the gate. A supermarket is just a few blocks away. A miscommunication regarding the keys to the unit caused a slight delay upon arrival, but was rectified quickly by Tania who welcomed us warmly. The company excels in customer service. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary snacks and breakfast food for the next morning. Delightful! Our apartment on the 16th floor was clean and adequately equipped so that meals were easily prepared. A covered balcony overlooking the beach was furnished with a table and chairs and provided shelter from an occasional rain shower. Beds were comfy, although when we reported that we could not find blankets for the second bedroom, Tania delivered 2 lovely comforters within a few hours. One suggestion that I would make would be to alert the guests to the steps in each bathroom. Two of us were tripped by these unexpected steps. I would also like to see the missing artwork replaced. The rooms had a stark ambiance that could be softened. Three luggage racks would be appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this Marco Polo property. We stayed in the unit for three nights before our recent cruise. The whole operation was smooth from initial contact until we received our damage deposit. The unit is right on the beach and the apartment building is very safe with 24hour security. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. I was extremely pleased with the location of this well-appointed condo--16th floor on a uncrowded beach!! From start to finish, John was very responsive to our queries--both prior to our arrival, as well as, during our eight day stay. The condo couldn't have been more comfortable--it is very quiet and it was great having the doors and windows open to hear the ocean 24/7. In the 15+ VRBOs that we have rented, we have NEVER had the awesome "welcoming gift" of the many snacks and staples waiting for us upon our arrival. After the "incredible journey" it was a real lifesaver to be able to sit on the balcony with our cocktails and snacks and enjoy the view! The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beach get-a-way. The condo was very well equipped and location was nice and central. Easy to get to freeway and underground parking was a bonus. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beach was lovely and view was awesome. Condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. Appreciated the care package when we arrived so had some food for the morning. Walgreens right across the street was handy. Also Charlie car rental across the street worked well they picked us up at airport. Good security, clean and felt safe. Everyone was very friendly. Based on the positive reviews and the fast response from the property management, we decided to give this place a try. Best decision ever. Not only were they flexible to our schedules and made us feel welcomed, they stocked a few items in the fridge and provided beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler, and towels for us to use. We had 6 of us (2 adults / 4 kids) and not one complaint of location, room sizes, or comfort at this property. We will be sure to stay here again in the future and plan to share with friends and family in case they decide to travel to Puerto Rico. The beach was awesome, close walking distance to restaurants and bars, and nearby the airport without the noise. Very relaxing sleep while listening to ocean waves. Thank you so much. The views were amazing. The apartment was very comfortable for all 5 of us, you don't need towels, beach towels beach chairs or toys. They even leave you a special treat on the counter when you arrive. There Is a taco place directly across the street that is amazing, there's only room for 4 to sit lol but great food. The only down side to the rental was the 10am checkout :( overall a 10
