1/2 Block from the beach, you can check out the surf conditions from your window, it takes you 5 mins to walk to the beach. This is the place in the metro area to practice or observe the latest WATERSPORTS: WINDSURFING, KITESURFING, PADDLEBOARDING. Outside racks that hold watersport toys...

The apartment was very clean and well kept. We had our own parking spot every night and it was well gated in with security.

John and his team were great at working to coordinate schedules and maneuvering around depart schedules. The property was beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy. It was better than I had expected. Security in the building were super friendly and helpful. My friends and I had an awesome time! I recommend anyone stay here!

A condo in a secured building on the 8th floor. we had two families with a combined 5 children (under the age of 6) and had a great time. we did most of our cooking in the condo and the kitchen was equipped enough. we liked being up high with good views of the surrounding city. at night we were high enough up that we didn't notice any sounds of the city while we slept. the bus to old san juan was very easy to catch and we were within walking distance to a supermarket. we didn't eat out much but there were some places nearby. the beach that we walked to was about 1.5 blocks away to get to a nice spot with a large enough beach to hang out. there was a very large playground right across from that beach as well. we often had that beach to ourselves with maybe 20 other people there during the busiest days on the weekend. there was also a couple of boogie boards, and beach chairs that we made use of. we rented a car for part of our time staying here to get out and see other parts of the island, but most days we were car less and able to enjoy ourselves in our immediate walkable surrounds with the grocery and beach and playgrounds. if we didn't have young children we likely would have rented some bikes and made it a bit further into other neighborhoods. we went in mid january and had the windows open most of the time. there is a giant window (maybe 8 feet wide by 4 high) that opens so you can hang out and practically feel like you are outside.
