The fully equipped kitchen is ready for gourmet cooking, while the elegant living/dining area provides plenty of space for leisurely dining and entertaining. Immediately adjacent is the generous open-air veranda with a state-of-the-art BBQ and additional eating and leisure space. And the door from the living area to the veranda can be fully opened to create one huge indoor/outdoor leisure area.
The pool area exclusive to Las Verandas is a short walk away from the property and is like a resort within a resort. It features its own BBQ cooking area with refrigerator and ice maker, along with a pool table for use by our guests. Complimentary towels and lounge chairs are also available for your enjoyment of the multi-form pool.
The 3 full bathrooms are so beautiful that you may not want to leave them.

The home was beautiful and very representative of the photos. Lots of room, beautiful decor and everything you need from a home away from home. I stayed here for a week with my husband and 3 children (13, 8, 5) and had an amazing stay. Honestly, we rarely left the resort because we enjoyed all the amenities so much. There was so much to do between beach, pools and the boathouse activities. Everyone who worked at the St. Regis resort were very friendly and helpful as well as the team that manages the rental home. We had a small issue with the golf cart (another huge hit with my kids; they wanted to ride in it everywhere!) and it was quickly resolved while we were still enjoying the day at the pool. Again, the whole team was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a welcome package of food in the fridge to get you started (eggs, milk, bread, etc.) and there are a couple stores in a quick drive from the resort. All in all, an amazing trip. My husband said it best when he stated that it will be hard for me to beat this vacation; everyone loved it. I really hope we can return again another year because it was so incredible!

Villa Margherita is tremendous rental! We stayed 6 days over Easter break and thoroughly enjoyed the rental and the resort. The Villa was more than accommodating for our family of five and the Marco Polo team was gracious with their detailed responses to any inquiries before the trip and made us feel like home when we arrived by supplying us with some goodies to get us going. We used the spacious kitchen to prepare breakfast every morning, but it would allow for preparation of any meal. The location is ideal on the resort as it allows for central access to the lake house, gym, and beach/pool area. The included golf cart made the trips around the resort an extra adventure. Bahia beach is close to El Yunque, Old San Juan, and Luquillo Beach. All can be reached in less than a half hour drive and are great half to all-day excursions. The villa, resort, and PR in general are all highly recommended.

We shared the villa with another family with two young kids, so there were 8 of us. We all had a fantastic time and hope to return. The villa was perfect. The listing was very informative and accurate. The villa was in a great location on the property and was incredibly clean and well maintained. The villa came with one golf cart for 4 people. We rented a second one to accommodate our group from the golf shop and they delivered it to our villa. The owner/property management team was very easy to deal with and always responded quickly. While we were there, we had the resort passes and got to enjoy everything there - there was no reason to leave the resort. It was beautiful and relaxing! Highly recommend!

This was our second trip to the resort ion two years and I can't say enough positive things about our experience. The villa was beautiful and well suited for entertaining dinner guests. Annette is always a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be returning for a third time with friends and family!! My only disappointment was the jets in the master bath tub didn't work and a "spa bath" is always a highlight of a vacation for my children.

This villa is absolutely beautiful. Everything about our stay was perfect. Dealing with Annette for booking was a pleasure. Quick responses to any questions I had and extremely helpful. As for the villa - we were 7 ladies and had more than enough room. The interior was clean and the pictures don't do it justice. It's directly on the golf course - which is beautiful! Security on the property is top notch. The beaches are so pretty. Having access to the golf cart was key for us to get around the property. We all said we would definitely come back for another girls weekend of relaxation. Oh, another super awesome touch was arriving and having some supplies put in the fridge to get us started (milk, coffee juice and even a bottle of rum!!). I honestly can't complain about anything. The boat house was right near the villa - we used the kayaks , SUP's and bicycles. The service at the pool was spot on. They even came around with chilled, almond scented wash clothes..so nice ! If you are considering this villa for your next vacation - I don't think you'll be disappointed. It's a great place for some relaxation in luxury. If you want to explore off the property or want nightlife you'll need a rental car, or use Uber (which was perfect for us). We can't wait to return!

The entire property and facilities were beautiful and we were very pleased with our stay. The villa was much more spacious than we expected and was updated and well maintained. Very comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to our calls and needs even though it was a holiday. Nice pool and we loved the lake with the raft and water slides! Definitely would recommend it!

We arrived at the apartment after a very long flight from the UK and every single one of us said "wow!" on arrival at the resort and the apartment. The apartment was fantastic, light, spacious and very well-equipped. We lived in luxury for a week and did not want to leave. It was worth paying for the resort amenities as it meant our teenage boys had plenty to do all day long and we made good use of them too. We particularly enjoyed the nature tour and the grounds were lush and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and relatives.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights after staying at another hotel in Ponce for 2 nights. While we enjoyed our time in Ponce, it was like entering a different world when we drove through the front gates of the St. Regis resort. What struck me the most were the gorgeous, lush grounds. You could tell that great care was taken to keep the place in mint condition. And the scenery, whether looking at the golf course, the ocean or the mountains in El Yunque, was spectacular. We also loved all the activity. With 3 boys ages 18, 16 and 13, we never ran out of things to do. Our favorites were the tennis courts, swimming in the ocean and several different pools (including one only a 2 minute walk from the villa), biking on the nature trail and all the boathouse activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking and for the kids, playing on the inflatable structure. Having the golf cart was great for those times when we wanted to eat at one of the hotel restaurants or just zip around the beautiful property. The villa itself was impeccable with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. It felt so good to spread out after being in hotel rooms. We really enjoyed cooking in our own well-equipped kitchen and eating meals out on the patio, complete with a tropical breeze and great views. Given all the space we had in the villa, combined with the ability to use the St. Regis hotel amenities, I thought the rates were very reasonable. I'm not sure a vacation has ever taken us 'away from it all' as much as this one did. It was truly paradise and we are already counting down until we can return.

"Villa Margarita" as well as the Bahia beach resort property were absolutely beautiful! I can't say enough good things about it. The villa was clean, extremely roomy and was equipped with everything you would need. We especially loved the big patio with beautiful views of the lake, parts of the golf course and landscape. The beach and pool area were both very quite and it felt like we were on our own private beach and property. I highly recommend renting a villa on this resort. I know my family and I wouldn't stay any where else if we were to return to Puerto Rico; it was top notch and absolutely perfect!

This unit and the surrounding property were excellent. It was big, open, bright, and the living room & master bedroom had beautiful views of the golf course. It was very clean. When we had trouble with our golf cart, the manager had it fixed quickly. He was very responsive. Also, it was totally worth it to pay up for access to the resort amenities. This was a great unit, and we would definitely stay here again.

I'm finally getting around to writing a review for my family's stay this past February. The weeks pass quickly when you have four kids! My husband and I stayed in this villa with our four children for a week. The villa was exactly as represented online, clean and spacious. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. A real slice of paradise. I would recommend paying the extra money to use the resort amenities, otherwise you'd have little to do for entertainment. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, the boathouse, golf, and even rented bicycles to ride the trails. It was quality family time. The resort was quiet, it almost felt like it was our own. We rented a car, which I'd recommend if you're staying for a week, to stock up the refrigerator and to try different restaurants outside of the resort. Though if you're there for only a few days, the restaurants at the resort are perfect, and leaving the resort may be unnecessary. One of the best parts of the rental was probably working with Annette. She was very friendly, informative and professional. She responded to every inquiry I had often within just an hour or two, but always within 24 hours. Our deposit was also returned promptly after our stay. Thank you Annette! My only slight issue was it rained a bit more than I would've preferred, but it was usually just a brief passing shower. You can't blame anyone for that though, and we would return regardless. Overall, it was a wonderful week filled with quality family time. Thanks!

In every respect this was a wonderful venue for a wonderful vacation. At the outset it was easy to reserve on line, and directions to the Villa were straight forward. We went with our two adult daughters and each brought a friend. The three bedrooms were spacious, temperature controlled and quiet when the doors closed so some could stay up late or wake up late without disturbing the others. The huge living room was open to the kitchen so we could cook and be together comfortably. There was also a large outdoor sitting space where we grilled each evening and watched the sun set. The pool, beach, tennis courts and paddle boats were easily accessible and always available when we wanted them, in the busiest week of the year between Christmas and New Year's. You will need to rent a car to shop (supermarket a few miles away and a WalMart twenty minutes beyond) and visit local sites, but you can use the golf cart on the premises to get around the Villas. Finally, management was more than helpful. At one point there was a mix up at the pool bar and they insisted on picking up the check rather than making us go back late at night to straighten it out. When we left, our deposit was returned promptly. All in all, this was an exceptional venue at a very reasonable price.

We had a family of 8 stay in PR. Months of research and scouring online forums, we decided to stay here at St. Regis for 6 nights and then Gran Melia Resort for 6 nights. Even the $1000/night at Gran Melia does not compare to the peace, elegance and simplicity of our stay at this unit, aka "Villa Margarita". All I can say is save yourself the trouble of months of research and stay at this property! the BEACH - The beach here is PERFECT! Mild waves for great boogie board action but gentle enough on the little ones (we had kids 1 to 8 years of age). The two beaches on-site are VERY secluded and pristine. The golf cart provided was loads of fun and makes the beach and restaurants feel like they are across your front doors. We should have stayed here all 12 days in PR. This beach and unit location for convenience is unmatched-- even to LUQUILLO! The BOATHOUSE - a nice break from the beach activities located two minutes away on foot from the property. So much to do in so little time it felt! Highly recommend at least a couple days to diversify the fun in the sun. Kayak, fishing, paddle boards, biking, inflatables on the water, and more. the UNIT - Very spacious, tastefully decorated, and loaded with everything a large family needed. Great views, excellent location, and an immaculate kitchen -- no details left out to make us feel like this was truly a luxury 5 star diamond stay!
