Very nice place. Perfect location. We moved out of this condo to be in Luquillo so we could be near other attractions. We regretted because this place had everything we wanted and we were not too far from the places we were going in Luquillo. We should have stayed in this condo the entire time we were visiting. So when we left this condo in Isla Verde we certainly missed it. We had coffee in the balcony admiring the beautiful beach. We were on the 4th floor which was easy to watch our teenagers play basketball and swim in the pool. By the way, pool and basketball court are very nice and clean. Walgreen and ice cream place across the street - very convenient. The place has everything we needed for the beach. There are also lounge chairs And umbrellas for rent at the beach. $10 for umbrella and $4 for lounge chair/ good deal. The bldg has security 24/7. Guards are very nice and helpful. Great plus having underground designated parking. Place had everything we needed. Managers were very nice and responsive. A few things needed fix and they responded timely. One of the owners helped us in finding a place after we left there. Will definitely stay there again!!”

great location, clean, simple

This is a very clean place, in a great locale with attentive staff who answer questions and deal with issues right away. Beach is great, easy access to food, groceries, pharmacy, bank, Old San Juan and many other attractions in the island. Great detail of having basic needs when you get there - milk, sandwich stuff, coffee, rum, refreshments,etc. If you are a light sleeper, bring white noise device (or download an app) and or ear plugs. It is common place in PR for loud noises from cars, discos, but in the 4th floor,it seemed a little louder than other floors we have stayed at. That said, it is way easier to get up or down from to the apt. if need to go quickly from pool or beach.

Lovely condo on a beautiful, wide beach. Condo is comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay. It is close to a few restaurants and stores and there are plenty of Ubers in the area, we never waited more than a few minutes for a ride. Our contacts at Marco Polo were always prompt, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed. The pool is very large and the only drawback was the rule of no alcoholic beverages in the pool area, we appreciate the reason for the policy.

Just as advertised

No complaints great view excellent location close to everything. Few upgrades since last stay to the property in general the key fobs are a great change from the key to get in and out of the property. Very little storm damage to this condo from the storms all we could see was a little paint missing on the outside. Plenty of room three nice bedrooms one being a large master. Yep we enjoyed planning on another visit next year.

Amazing beachfront view and breeze!

This condo is right on the beach. The view and the breeze from the balcony are amazing. The other side windows face the street and night life and are also very interesting. The condo is complete and roomy and the hosts were great; they let us check in early and even left rum and food for us upon our arrival! So cool! We loved the convenience of a 24 hour Walgreens across the street and a market and shops and restaurants right on the avenue. All close and safe to walk too. Will definitely be back!

The Perfect Getaway!!!

The Condo was perfect!!! The view from the deck was breath taking as I sat with my espresso coffee early in the morning and the hammock added a resting touch to it!!. My teenage sons loved, loved the condo. The condo had everything you could possibly need and Annette did everything to make us feel welcomed. Not sure if they do this for everyone, but we arrived late and were blessed to see there was milk, cereal, eggs, bananas, juice and bread waiting for us to help get our morning started. The kitchen was fully loaded and there were condiments to help you get meals started. There were nearby supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, souvenir shops and much more. The security in the building was very impressive. The pool was wonderful but the beach was absolutely dreamy and has jet skies, parasailing and etc!!! As for the appearance of the condo, it is very clean and beautifully decorated. I want to take this opportunity to say "Thank you so much" for allowing us to stay in your condo as this was truly a blessing to us! Your customer service was perfect!! Absolutely great condo in perfect location!

Our family of 8 stayed at Lullaby of the Sea and we absolutely loved it! The condo was large enough to not feel crowded and have some alone time. It was very comfortable, felt like home. With the pool in the back and the close proximity to the beach, it very much felt like a resort. The water was beautiful and warm, the kids had a ball and so did the adults. We were walking distance to some great restaurants and a simple bus ride to Old San Juan. We will return to Puerto Rico and hopefully be able to stay at Lullaby of the Sea again.

Great time in P.R....Isla Verde

5 of us had a pleasant stay here in P.R. The building is very secure and the beach is very nice. They cleaned the beach every day and the ocean was warm and clear. We felt very safe. The patio is small but was big enough for us and it has a nice view. The security guards and the management that we dealt with were very responsive and were fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The house was well supplied with towels and beach chairs and necessities. The walgreens across the street had just about anything you would need. The Ceviche House nearby was awesome. I can't comment on the pool as they were doing work on it while we were there. The buidling and the condo are showing their age a bit, but the condo folks indicated they were doing some other upgrades that will help. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. Enjoyed an outing to old san juan and a snorkeling trip. Overall a great time, pretty beach, nice place, good value for our money, easy owner to work with and i would stay again. Great vacation apartment

This property is very clean and nice. We got off to a rough start, but the management company took care of everything very quickly and made sure the rest of our stay was great. Great apartment by the beach

The apartment was great and a lot of nice details that other apartments don't offer. We loved all the beach toys, chairs, towels, cooler etc. Also the food items in the fridge when we arrived was a very nice touch. AMAZING 8 DAYS!!!

One of the best vacations ever! We were welcomed to a clean, fully supplied, open, spacious condo with starter treats like Rum, Cokes, Milk and Eggs! I brought so much with me (because I'm the queen of condo readiness), laundry pellets, coffee, coffee filters beach towels and more. But Lullaby of the Sea was ready for me! Coffee, filters, beach towels and more were already provided. Really everything that we needed, we had. I shared this nice 3 bdrm condo with my 17 year old son and 28 year old cousin. The condo was so spacious! We loved it! It offered a comfortable sense of home for us. The view and location were great! Convenient to many restaurants, hotels and stores, we loved walking out and being in the midst of everything. The condominium door men were friendly, helpful and fabulous! Again, this was HOME. The Marco Polo team were attentive throughout the planning process. This was our first trip to PR. Annette was patient as I made final decisions and provided plenty of detail and timely follow up. She even included restaurant and other tourist suggestions and referred a great real estate to assist me with condo hunting while there. Upon Arrival, Tania was easy to reach and answered all questions. She even made a trip back out to us to get the master TV back online which for some reason I couldn't figure out :) . Thanks Team for great service, meeting our expectation and for being a company of true character! So, were we looking for perfection? No, not at all. But we were looking for a great place and one we could trust. And we found that at Lullaby, which was definitely perfect for us and our vacation!! We didn't want to leave!!!! Lullaby of the Sea

The property is located in a great central location between San Juan and Carolina. Easy access to the city, rainforest, Bio Bay Fajardo, and many different beaches. The staff was very nice and helpful. The condo was clean with plenty of room for the party of 6 that stayed there. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a Walgreens right across the street. There was a welcome package when we arrived with water, drinks, and food. Pretty nice to have some items after long travel. Towels, chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and cooler are provided which was a huge perk! The property is super secure, you park below the building. The pool and beach access closes at 10pm and you have to use your key to get in and out of the pool & beach which is a bit annoying but it is a trade for safe & secure. You can believe what you read on this listing description! It was cleaned and well maintained. A.c. was a must and this unit had excellent a.c., sometimes it got too cold that we had to lower it! The beds were all comfortable. It seems like a lot of places may not have hot water in Puerto Rico, so we were pleased to find out that this unit had it. That could maybe change during different seasons, not sure... There were very minor cosmetic issues that we easily overlooked that didn't bother us, they were issues that would likely be in any unit, so it was very well maintained. Washer and dryer worked well! Gorgeous view from the balcony! There was a little bit of food in the fridge for like sandwiches which may have been left by the owner... Greatly appreciated to give us a little bit of food before we went shopping. The condo was well secured with 24 hr security and someone available at the front desk at all times. Everyone we encountered at the desk was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of security bars everywhere that were kind of scary at first, but we soon realized that it actually just added to our comfort and we definitely felt safe and weren't worried about our safety one bit. Nothing negative happened. We walked across the street to the Walgreens in the middle of the night and felt safe. Good secure location! Loved having the Walgreens across the street and the prices were average, so nothing crazy. We went to the nachos restaurant across the street and loved the food! A supermarket was down a few blocks which we appreciated. Wendy's, pizza hut, and burger king were across the street, which was nice in case we wanted the normal fast food we're used to. Excellent location with lots of useful businesses around it. They even had a baby crib that we could use for a minimal fee. They had beach towels, a beach umbrella, and some other beach accessories which were greatly appreciated. Door glass to the patio is really clear/ clean. Amazing location and equal service from our host!

We rented a 3bd, 2bths unit called 'Lullaby by the Sea'' on the 4th floor. This property and the service from the management were no less than we expected. We rented from John M Lohner, the Marco Polo group The description and photos that we saw before arriving there were accurate. The property was clean, had enough space, rooms, beds, etc to accommodate my family group of 9. They provided a small baby crib, that I requested and also a high chair, which came in pretty handy for my 6 months grand-daughter to hang around. ...I feel that the amenities were no less than those of a nice hotel. They had plenty of clean towels for each of us for our 7 days stay. They also had beach towels, folding chairs, patio umbrella, portable ice chest, etc for us to borough and take with us to the beach. I'm from PR but have been living in Colorado for the last 37 yrs, and just fell in love with the amazing view from this condo. We saved a lot of money cooking meals in the nice kitchen which was equipped with many dishes and pots and pans, etc. The washer and dryer were very convenient, as was having a 24 hours Walgreens right across from this unit. The building was secured and we had keys for all the access doors to get to and from our apartment. There was ALWAYS an attendant in the lobby ready to answer our questions. There was also a security guard riding a cart in the parking lot. They were all very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient, about 10 minutes to Old SJ in one direction and to the airport in the other; and only a short walk from the bldg to the beautiful Isla Verde beach. There's also a 24 hour supermarket down in the same street. The service from the manager Annette was really great. She went beyond the call of duty and help me with a special request/ need that I had every day. I kept in touch with her through texting and she always answered my texts and questions in less than 5 minutes every single time. I got my full deposit back in 7 days. Thanks again Annette for making our stay nicer and more comfortable than I expected that it was going to be. We would rent from this owner again if we ever have to rent near SJ. I definitely recommend this property to anyone, family or friends. I recommend it because it's a beautiful place, the view, the convenient location and more so because of the great customer service by the staff in and around the bldg and specially by the manager Annette. ...Thanks again! Wonderful

We stayed here for our first time to Puerto Rico. We stayed as a family with 4 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room and beds. The manager was always reachable and prompt in returning calls if we needed something. We arrived and there was some essentials in the fridge so that we were able to make breakfast in the morning before we went to the supermarket. We appreciated all the beach accessories that were available. The security was beyond secure. The men in the front of the building were friendly and helpful. You felt like they were your friends by the end of a week. There was a lot of street noise especially on the weekends just FYI. Access to the beach and pool was great. We had a great time.
