“The location of this house cannot be beat: 5 min walk to the beach, safe and gated community, 5 min walk to a grocery store. Besides the location, there was great communication from pre-arrival notes and special instructions for the entrance to prompt responses throughout the stay. The house was spacious and clean. They also had an entire booklet of how-to's around the house as well as recommendations in the areas. The only issue I ran into was wifi, but the hosts quickly remedied it and got me back online quickly! Thanks again, and I hope to stay here again when I am back in San Juan!â€

This was the perfect little place for 3 people. It had everything you could possibly need. The facility was nice and clean and very safe. It is close to the beach and restaurant. It is a 10 minute drive to old San Juan and plaza las Americas. The neighbors in the area were super nice and helped us with locking and unlocking the gates. John and his assistant were super nice and helpful they were able to get the rental agreement in less than 3 days. They were very attentive and very quick in getting back to me. Apartment was as advertised, situated in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to a very nice beach and easy access to roads to take you throughout San Juan and beyond. Apartment is not huge, but fine size for our family of four. Very professional treatment from booking through checkin. I'd stay here again if I were in the area and highly recommend it. came as a group of 4 people. The house was spacious and fit us comfortably. Annette and Tania and John were kind and easy to deal with. The house included everything we needed such as cooking utensils and cleaning utensils. In addition, the wifi connection was fast and strong and the rooms all had ACs. The place was a 5 minute walk away from a huge supermarket and just a few minutes walk away from a variety of restaurants, gas stations, and other numerous service shops in isla verde. Also, the place is only a few minutes walk away from ocean park beach and Isla verde beach; two of the best beaches in San Juan. Finally, the house is around 12-15 minutes walk from mango's bar and pub which is one of the best nightlife places in San Juan. The place was great I love the fact of staying away from all the hustle and bustle. The beach was amazing and so close. Make sure to rent a car we wasn't going to but sure makes it easier to get around. Loved the grocery store that's right down from the apartments. So thank you john so very much!!! The appartment is really well located, nice, clean, comfortable, full things to help you enjoy the stay. The even have chairs and umbrella for the beach, also the kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is very nice and clean, in a very nice gated community very close to the beach, very comfy, nice bedroom and attached bath, efficiency kitchen and dining room/living combo with a murphy bed for extra people, very efficient! Nice gated courtyard area to park your car for extra safety, although we felt very safe in this area. Would definitely stay here again or rent from them again! My boyfriend and I stayed at this place for a weeks vacation. We could have not been more satisfied with everything that had to do with this place. They emailed us earlier in the week to make sure someone would be there to give us the keys. When we got there, they had some food, coffee, drinks, and a small bottle of bacardi to welcome us. They even had beach towels for us to use. They are extremely responsive and never had to wait to hear back from them. We plan on going back to San Juan and would definitely like to stay here again!
