Comfortable Condo and Great Hosts

A fantastic little spot. The hosts were eager to help wherever they could, and they even let us check in early because of our situation. This is how short term renting should be!

Will definitely book again! Location was perfect. John’s apartment is wonderful! The view is incredible and beach access is so convenient. Communication regarding check in and check out was clear and he made everything very easy.

Very convenient to the airport and everything us spoiled Americans are used to.

Awesome place and awesome hosts. We can’t say enough about Violeta and Annette! Very accommodating and gracious. We went on a last minute get away and they were awesome in every respect! Can’t thank them enough for the wonderful stay! Oh and btw I am not a review type person. I just don’t do them, but the amount of accommodation and welcome atmosphere provided is enough to compel even me to make sure it is known that if you decide to book with them you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful view in the heart of Isla Verde

This was the perfect condo for our family of four on spring break. Steps from the beach and ,on the 14th floor, it's above the noise of the street. Rum, beer, and snacks were provided as a welcome gift. Nice touch! Underground parking is very convenient. Payment and arrival instructions were provided with no problems at all. Next time we go to PR, we're staying here again.

Wonderful location and attention to details

A fantastic view and wonderful condo. Even though the pool and the gym were being remodeled/maintained and were not usable, the condo's location, the beach, and the atmosphere were superb. The kitchen and bathroom are small. But as I said the location makes up for it all. The condo was fully stocked when we arrived and even had eggs, meat and bread available including welcome rum and coke - a nice touch. All in all it made for a wonderful vacation. Amazing Experience !!!

This is my fifth time staying at this beautiful ocean front condo. I love the location!!! So central to everything. The building staff members are always so nice and I have to say that booking the place and the communication of everything is what really tops this as a destination condo for me every time. Gem of a view and a classy cozy condo

The description of the listing was accurate. When I opened the door and saw the fantastic ocean view it was exactly as seen in the photos. The layout of the condo is very comfortable and works well. There is complete privacy and safety. The facility amenities are on point. The reception staff is at your service and very accommodating. The property is very clean and well maintained. I was thankful to have basics for breakfast coffee and toast in the morning after my arrival. The condo staff is very attentive and available to make sure your experience is positive. I will recommend this property to all my friends and I will return again. I enjoyed Yunke Zipline Adventture in a nature preserve with an awesome team. We did ziplining, rapelling and hiking throughout the island as well. We went to El Picoteo, Il Vacaro Venezia, and Ajo del Pais. All restaurants were fantastic. Amazing Experience

Wonderful time!

This place is fantastic - location is great, and right on the beach. From the time we booked (about a month before our stay) the hosts were very responsive and made sure all concerns and questions were addressed. Tania met us at the building with the keys to make sure everything was all set. It was a very nice touch to have food and drink available for us upon arrival. After a day of travel, it was great to avoid a trip to the grocery store. I cannot say enough good things about our stay as well as Tania, Annette, and John. I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to come back and rent again!

Before my trip, all questions were answered extremely promptly. The customer service was great. I rented a car and took Annette's recommendation of renting at Charlie's directly across the street. The rates were the most reasonable and there was an airport shuttle which takes you to the rental location so you avoid a taxi fare. The condo was extremely clean! I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. There was bread, lunchmeat, cereal, milk, juice and rum to get us started which was a nice touch. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the view. The pool and beach were so close - there was always something to do right where we were in Isla Verde such as restaurants and casinos. Or, we took a short drive to Old San Juan to do more exploring. The building is very secure with cameras- a doorman was always present and there were multiple gates to access the property. We had an issue with the keys to open one of the gates after a few days, but someone brought a new set of keys within a few hours so it was resolved quickly. Absolutely wonderful!

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico - Isla Verde! It was the most unforgettable experience ever! The property, El Capitan was everything we expected it to be as far as the amenities, the layout, and location. It was clean and, the property was perfectly maintained. The manager was waiting for us in the lobby as we arrived from the airport and escorted us to our condo. Annette showed us around, made us feel comfortable, and had even bought some food and drinks to accommodate our first day or two! We absolutely loved the Atlantica Restauant, which was recommended to us by Annette. The El Alambique was our favorite place to hang out in the evenings! Met all expectations and more!!

El capitan was a very nice, CLEAN condo. Perfectly situated in walking distance to everything. We were greeted with a friendly lady that gave us some good pointers. Great vacation

The condo is great! It's close to everything - food, pool, beach, stores, casinos. The unit is clean and has a great view. What I will remember most is the customer service. The owner is quick to respond throughout the entire process. There was someone waiting to greet us and personally show the condo. Amazing condo

It was our first time in Puerto Rico. If you are staying in the Isla Verde area (highly recommend), you've got to rent this condo. The view is gorgeous and we appreciated the elevated bed in the bedroom - it felt like we were on the ocean the whole time. The welcome package was a very nice gesture (bread, cheese, cereal, coffee, rum...). The condo was very clean and the deposit was refunded within a few days. Annette was very helpful and prompt in answering all our questions. We had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay and will definitely recommend El Capitan our friends. Lots to see and do in Puerto Rico.
