WOW! I have stayed a many condos in this building but this unit + staff are just 5 stars. The condo was so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. They even had beach chairs, beach umbrella + other beach items for us to use. The beds were extremely comfortable, the views were spectacular and it's so conveniently located. There is a 24 hours Walgreens across the street (literally) with the delicious pizza restaurant that is also 24 hours right next door. The parking under the building with 24 hour security made us feel so safe. The staff was attentive and took care of us and our questions. We can't wait to go back!

The place is amazing! COMMUNICATION: Prior to my trip, the host was great at sending communication in regards to property information and driving directions. The host also asked for our flight information. Our flight was delayed a bit but as soon as we landed, I received a text as the host was already aware of our flight delay and provided the information on how to check in. Checking in was so easy. On the table, host has a very detailed binder with all of the information needed such as house rules, wifi information, and a very extensive list of recommended restaurants and things to do. They provided all information that I really didn't need to contact host with any questions. I felt like I was at home. I always pay attention to tiny details and I love that the host thought of every possible detail to ensure our stay was pleasant. VIEW: When we arrived to the apartment, the drama of the flight delay was quickly dissolved upon seeing the breathtaking turquoise ocean view from the balcony. I drank my coffee from the balcony every single day enjoying the wonderful view. Both bedrooms have the same, amazing view. Waking up early every day was so easy to do when you have such a gorgeous view from your room. LOCATION: It really is all about location, location, location. Property is on the beach, less than 10 minutes away from airport, and with bars and restaurants walking distance. There is a Walgreens across the street which is VERY convenient as well as a CVS half a block away. There is a door man 24 hours a day. It is easy to get by Puerto Rico as they have Uber. An Uber ride from property to Old San Juan was about 15 minute drive. It's less than 10 min. to San Juan. AMENITIES: There is a very nice pool in the property which is available to guests. The apartment has a walk in closet full of beach towels, beach toys, chairs, and a cooler that is available for guests. I'm looking forward to visiting Puerto Rico again, and will definitely stay in this property again.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. Clean, comfortable and they provide everything you’ll need for a relaxing time at the beach. The view is amazing. The pool was great for my 2 year old since they have a kiddy pool perfect for his height. Also there is a playground he really enjoyed. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. Check in and check out was easy. The host was available and quickly responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here

Two 👍🏼👍🏼 Up for Isla Bella condo!

I’ve stayed in many different places in Ave. Isla Verde when I vacation in PR but this is definitely without a doubt the best place my family and I have enjoyed and liked the most by far. It’s a great building with excellent security which makes you feel relax and secure at all times. The location is everything since you are right in front of the beach, a few minutes from the airport, great restaurants on the strip, and very close to the Condado area and Old San Juan. It’s definitely a neighborhood gem.

Convenient and comfortable!

Isla Bella is a fantastic deal for the money! The rental was exactly as described and illustrated by the photos, and the amenities kept us very comfortable. My children and I spent many hours relaxing on the balcony and the beach (oh, so heavenly!), and my husband, who can't sit still, could easily explore Isla Verde's shops and restaurants. We did without a car for the first few days (there's a Walgreen's right across the street and a grocery store within walking distance), and our convenient location made arranging and navigating day trips to Old San Juan and the eastern coast very simple! We had no problems at Isla Bella. The public areas of the condo were well maintained and secure, and everyone was friendly. We appreciated the parking space and the easy-to-follow instructions the manager provided for using the amenities in the unit and the condo. I had a question about operating the free wi-fi, and the manager helped me politely and efficiently. First-time visitors to Puerto Rico should consider hiring the car service from the airport recommended by the manager, especially if you're not particularly fluent in Spanish. We took a taxi to save money, but it was difficult to communicate with the driver who wasn't familiar with Isla Verde and tried to drop us off at the wrong condo. Also the nightclub next door looks very fun and exciting, but bring earplugs if you want to go to bed early on Friday or Saturday nights. It was no problem for us, though. I highly recommend this rental, especially if you want to be conveniently located, want to make the most of your money, and you prefer an easy, relaxed vacation away from the typical tourist-traps. I'd love to visit again!

Great place to spend a week at the beach

The view is outstanding, we spent a lot of time on the balcony with room for four. Both bedrooms have the same great view. The management of the property is very professional, and the food and supplies in the unit were greatly appreciated. The kitchen is small, but is adequate for a vacation property, and there were some great restaurant recommendations in the guest book. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit. Wonderful Time

This condo is exactly as advertised. The location is to die for. You are on the 17th floor and the ocean is right in front of you. You drink your morning coffee sitting on the balcony and enjoying the paradise. It is located on this awesome beach. Clean and not crowded at all. We were in water for hours jumping the waves, swimming and boogie boarding. Convenient umbrellas and chairs rental is right there on the breach in front of the condo. Intercontinental hotel is 3 building away. There is a pizza restaurant 2 minutes away and a giant Walgreens across the street (among other things, you can buy milk, booze and snacks there). Everything in the apartment works including the washer/dryer so you don't have to bring too many clothes. The frig was stocked with milk, eggs, bread, turkey, cheese, beer and coke plus there was cereal, coffee and rum!! This was a great bonus. The shower worked fine and everything was clean. We had plenty of regular and beach towels. There is also a safe. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work, so we probably broke it. I texted the contact person in the afternoon, and she brought us a brand new bigger coffee machine the next day. No questions asked, just nice and classy. We usually stay at hotels, so I was nervous about security and paperwork. Excellent security to get in the condo and to/from the beach. And I loved how organized the renting process was from the rental agreement, to payment due dates, to info. on airport transportation, to quickly receiving our complete security deposit. Isle Bella Condo....

Isle Bella Condo.... 5 of 5 What a wonderful condo! Location, location, location. Very close and walking distance to great restaurants, bars and of course the 24 hour Walgreens across the street with just about anything one could possibly need. The beach is lovely and right out the back door. The lobby is bright and cheerful and a 24 hr. desk which is a great feature. Doormen are helpful with directions, hailing a cab and a wealth of information in general. The condo is clean, bright and cheery and very well maintained. Furniture is new and very comfortable and rooms are tastefully decorated. The balcony is perfect and overlooks the beautiful beach. Beach towels and beach toys are also in the condo for use at the beach. Also available on the beach are chairs and umbrellas for a nominal cost which is very reasonable for those of us who don’t want to take them down from the condo (which are available for guest usage at no cost). The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one could possibly need to prepare just about anything and everything. The rental company even stocks the frig with a fresh loaf of bread, cold cuts, a dozen eggs, milk, juice, some beer and soda along with some fresh fruit and a small bottle of rum. Who could ask for more? John and Annette along with Tania are always available for any need that may arise. I was at another one of their rental condos in the same building in April with a large group of girlfriends and they stocked the frig there as well so assuming that this is how they roll. Comfy clean Apartment = great vacation

PR is our annual vacation & have always stayed on Isla Verde in several condos. We have our favorites for different reasons & Isla Bella has joined the list. Their professionalism, willing & able to accommodate our early arrival & thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. Pictures of the apartment are very accurate & its stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs & toys for a family to enjoy. I would definitely recommend fhs property to friends & family. Good accommodation for great value

Condo is clean and big enough to host 5 people. Some groceries were bought for us to feel at home right away. Great location right in the middle of all activities. PERFECT just PERFECT "Beautiful View"

Decided to welcome 2016 in Puerto Rico and I couldn't have picked a better property for my visit. John and Annette made the whole process of booking and my stay on this property easy and seamless. The view was just amazing, and more than enough space in the condo. Did I mention the view was AMAIZING. We extended our stay on the island and instead of getting a hotel John allowed up to extend our stay becuase we wanted to enjoy one more day/night on this beautiful property. Pictures exactly as shown

I stood here for 9 nights from 11/04-->11/13/2015. The fotos on this site were "exactly" as shown when I arrived w/my husband & Mom. The price for 9 nights definitely beat the enormous rates of a hotel! My Mom was extremely comfortable on the twin size bed. My husband & I were comfortable as well in the master bedroom. Ms. Martinez was extremely helpful & available to quickly answer my phone calls when I couldn't understand how to get to the lock box to retrieve the keys (LOL!) But once I got inside the place was already running the air-conditioning, bright, clean & inviting. It was also surprising to open the refrigerator & find a dozen eggs, a carton of milk, some cold-cuts, bread, bananas, small cereal boxes & a 1/2 pint of Bacardi :) My husband & I plan on returning to this place during the New Year & Little Xmas, (3 Kings Day), holiday in 2017 (God willing). GREAT LOCATION, GREAT PRICE

Great location, excellent customer service. Every time I texted for information I was always replied to right away. AC had an issue but was addressed and fixed right away! Unit is exactly as described. This location is easy to get to from the airport, cab is $18 plus tip no car rental required but there is car rental across the street for your other adventures after arriving. Only one negative, the pool was closed due to Puerto Rico's water drought... totally not owners/managers fault! I just wish we were notified so we had a heads up before arriving. This was my first time using Airbnb. So naturally I was a bit nervous. I do not have anything negative to say about my stay at this place .
