Marysol is exactly as advertised. Comfortable and neat, well-equipped

Great condo!

I stayed here with my 3 teenage daughters and we all had a blast. Annette couldn't have been more helpful and they even started us off with groceries. The location is fantastic and the you can walk / uber wherever you want to go. Highly Recommend!

Great condo!

Marysol is beautiful! It is very well equipped with everything you could need for your stay, even food to get you started until you can get to the store! The security there is great. There are plenty of towels, sheets, and beach towels, even for my family of 6. Marysol is probably the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in - I was very impressed, and I am pretty picky about that. I rated it a 4 for a couple of reasons: the view is not unobstructed; there are a couple of buildings in front of your balcony. Also, the pool is closed all day on Mondays for cleaning, and the A/C was off all day on Tuesday for planned yearly maintenance, so we had to plan around that (we were not told that when we booked). The pool is nice - I imagine it would be difficult to get a chair on a busy day, but we didn't have any trouble with that. Also, Marysol does have the little beach chairs you can use, but right outside the gate to the beach is a chair/umbrella rental place with really good prices if you want a lounger. All in all, a beautiful place to stay. Very safe (I am also picky about that!!). Nice area with Walgreens, CVS, a few fast food restaurants, and a car rental place right across the road. The location is very convenient to the airport, the grocery store, and Old San Juan (cheap Uber rides to those places). We would definitley stay here again!!!

Lovely Condo - Best Choice!

This lovely, roomy, clean, airy and well equipped condo was our home base for a week long family reunion, that included 4 other families at 4 different condos in Isla Verde. After visiting each other's condos, I felt I made the best choice in renting the Marbella Condo. We had 6 adults in the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us. Bedrooms were comfortable and the living area had plenty of seating. The central air worked perfectly - a welcomed relief after a hot day spent shopping in Old San Juan. We were glad to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The balcony space was a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee, with views of the beach, ocean and to enjoy the sunrise. However the blue canopy sun shades cannot be retracted to enjoy grandeur views of the ocean from inside of the condo. The only downside to this condo was the lack of privacy due to the slated doors, not just for the bedrooms but for the main hall bathroom as well. The slated doors work well for ventilation but not for personal privacy. This made some in our group a bit uncomfortable when using the bathroom. We used a long towel to cover the door and that helped somewhat with the privacy issue. Renting the unit through the Marco Polo Management professional team of John, Annette and Tania was very easy and helpful - answering any and all questions in a very timely manner. We were fortunate in that the condo was available for an early check-in. Thank you! As other reviewers have noted, they stocked the condo kitchen with fresh starter foods - Coffee, milk, eggs, deli meat, cheese, bread, butter. The addition of rum, beer, pineapple juice and sodas was a great way to start our vacation! The location was perfect! There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Our favorite was the Metropol Restaurant Isla Verde. Very good Puerto Rican / Cuban food, reasonably priced and not far - about a mile from the condo. We enjoyed this condo very much and would have given a five star rating had it not been for the bathroom privacy issue. However, I have to say that a family member, that lives in Puerto Rico, came over to see the condo and she was very impressed with the condo layout, amenities and views. She stated that the slated doors are not uncommon in many homes on the island, so it should not be an issue for most people. I recommend this Lovely Marbella Condo. Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mr. Lohner and his assistants, Annette and Tania, were a true joy to work with. They explained the booking process in detail, which was extremely helpful. They not only made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant, but also recommended a taxi driver to help us at the airport when our daughter and grandchildren arrived late at night to join us. Carlos, the taxi driver they recommended, was prompt and courteous and we felt completely secure being out late at night with him. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable and we would not hesitate to recommend it. Being right on the beach, it was great for our grandchildren. We can't thank Mr. Lohner and his team enough for making our stay so enjoyable and we look forward to staying at Marysol again in the future. Better than expected

The unit itself was very spacious and better than we expected. We had a total of 5 girls and had more than enough room to spread out. The awning over the balcony was perfect for a rainy afternoon. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Management staff was very responsive with all of our needs and the doorman at the complex was very helpful on recommending places to go and always calling a cab for us. Wonerful stay at this condo!

This condo is very clean and beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture, and all the luxuries of home. The pictures do not do it justice as it is much larger than it appears. The owner and staff are very accommodating and responded immediately to a few questions we had upon arrival. We would have given a five star rating had it not been for water in the shower and the kitchen just getting warm and not hot. We did inquire about this and the handyman was sent immediately to make an adjustment but we still did not experience very much of a change. Great views, great location-exactly as advertised!

We had two couples and three children stay in this condo, and we had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean, and the amazing views were exactly as advertised! The beach was so incredibly close, and the amenities in the condo were great - fresh starter food so you don't immediately have to go out (eggs, cheese, milk, bread, rum, etc - the essentials!); beach chairs and toys right at the door; pool and playground; across the street from a Walgreens (we basically made daily trips there); and walking distance to other shops/restaurants. My only comment would be about the noise. If you rent a crib (which we did), have them put it in the master bedroom. They put it in a smaller room, which was really loud from the main room and kitchen because the bedrooms have slotted doors instead of solid. The street could get noisy too - there is a late-night club across the street that was really loud on Saturday night (it was quiet every other night, which we found odd). Outstanding Apt and Location

We cannot complain about one thing! the apartment was perfect! The pictures speak for themselves! you get what you see! This apt is close to absolutely all. The airport, food, supermarkets, walgreens, everything! My kids had a ball. My three year old kept calling it the pretty house! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Isla Verde. The pool was clean - the beach area perfect. what i can say about the beach area, the vendors who rent out the umbrellas aren't really flexible with their pricing if you want to just be on the beach in the shade for a hour or so find a spot under the tree.
