Our trip to Puerto Rico was awesome. The house was equipped with everything we needed. All of the other reviews are accurate and helpful. House was a short walk to the beach. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs too. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Check in and check out was easy. I would recommend this house and stay here again.

The house has everything you could need. Our stay was perfect, plenty of room in a well appointed home. The kitchen is truly fully equipped. The A/C's were heaven sent! We were very impressed by the nice gesture of leaving food items for our first night/next day breakfast. From the coffee to the rum and fruits, ...so welcoming. We hope to return. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I want one just like it!

Very nice and roomy property in Ocean Park, and so close to the beach. The beds are comfortable, the walk-in shower is nice, and the deck is lovely. Good restaurants close by, such as Inca Chicken, Kasalta, Pirino, and Acapulco Taqueria. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the place was clean.

We had a great time! The property owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. First time using homeaway and it was great. Renting the home and a car provided great flexibility to explore. We also used Uber & taxi service for going out on the town at night. Whether night life of Le Plaza Mercado Santurce & Old San Juan, days at Ocean Park Beach, Airport travel, going out to Farjardo for snorkeling, and El Yunke Rainforest we were able to do a bunch while staying at Villa Serena. My family stayed at Villa Serena for a wedding. All the booking and information exchange was done online. The staff responded to all my questions via email very quickly and accurately. They did an excellent job! It was a nice surprise to see the house, especially inside. It was very clean and well equipped. Loved the decoration and the pictures on the walls. It was great to have some beers and soda in the fridge, along with fruit, coffee, etc. The neighborhood is not the best, but we felt very secure with all the gates. One suggestion is to code/identify the keys with the gates. It took some time to be able to find the key that corresponded to each gate/door. The ceiling fan on the terrace was a plus! Had some issues with the internet, but it was resolved promptly. We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Serena, and we are looking forward to stay again doing our next trip to P.R.. I recommend it! Stayed here for a long weekend in late January and could not have been more pleased. Our part included three >70 and this house was great. Easily accessible, walk in shower, good beds, and a nice outdoor seating area. Our hosts left us a lovely welcome package of food and drink to get us started. Kitchen well appointed with everything except ice trays. Management only a call or email away. How is a 4 min walk from the beach, 15 min drive to Old San Juan. Secure parking on property. 3 min walk to bus line. 5 minutes from restaurants and nightlife of Condado. Would definitely stay again. Posted on HomeAway, Feb 2016
